The millesimal contains a blend of 30% Malbec, 30% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc.
 
Our vines come from soils and soils clay and limestone.
The vintage is aged in vats for the extraction of colors and tannin.
 
We harvest manually with a minimum sulfur content. We do not add in our wines, products derived from animals.
We perform our clarifications by cold precipitation naturally.
 
The Blaye is a fruity and tannic wine at a time. The bottle can be consumed immediately or keep for 10 years or more. It will go perfectly with red meat and small game.
